Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch pieces in top of double boiler. 2. Remove from heat, quickly stir in chow mein noodles and nuts until evenly coated. 3. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Chill. 4. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve. Yield: 36
