White Chocolate Fudge Recipe

This decadent White Chocolate Fudge Recipe is great for those special occasions when you want to impress. This White Chocolate Fudge is a great cream cheese fudge recipe that you will surely love!



White Chocolate Fudge Recipe

Ingredients:

2 packages cream cheese (3 oz), softened

1 package powdered sugar (confectioner sugar) (16 oz)

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 package white chocolate baking bark (12 oz), melted

1 cup chopped pecans (optional)


Directions:

1. Beat cream cheese at medium high speed with an electric mixer until fluffy. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating well.

2. Add 1 1/2 tsp vanilla and the melted white chocolate to cream cheese mixture, stirring until blended.

3. Fold in chopped pecans by hand.

4. Spread the mixture into a buttered 8-inch square baking dish. Cover and store in refrigerator.


Tips:

It is important to use real chocolate in this recipe, not synthetic chocolate bark.

Melt chocolate in a double boiler to prevent chocolate from scorching.
