White Chocolate Dipped ApricotsIngredients: 3 oz white chocolate, coarsely chopped 20 dried apricot halves
1. Line baking sheet with waxed paper and set aside. 2. Melt white chocolate in bowl over hot (not boiling) water, stirring constantly. 3. Dip half of each apricot in chocolate, coating both sides. Place on baking sheet and refrigerate until firm. Store in refrigerator in container between layers of waxed paper. Makes 20 apricots
