1 bag caramels 2 Tbs milk 2 cups pecans, chopped 1 block paraffin 1 bag chocolate chips
1. Melt caramels with milk. 2. Add pecans and stir well. 3. Drop by small portions onto wax paper. Let cool. 4. Melt the paraffin and chocolate chips together. 5. Dip each turtle into the mixture and return to the wax paper to dry.
