Truffle Recipes and Bonbons

Truffle recipes make delicious treats that usually have a fondant center with a chocolate shell. They may then be coated with a dusting of cocoa or confectioners sugar. These special candies are a favorite gift around Valentine's Day but are too good not to be enjoyed all year round.
