Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe

4 cups sugar

1 stick margarine or butter

1 pint marshmallow cream

1 small jar peanut butter

1 tsp vanilla

1 13 oz can evaporated milk (all except 4 Tbsp)


1. Combine sugar, margarine and milk in large saucepan stirring constantly until it comes to a full boil. Let boil 7 minutes stirring constantly.

2. Remove from heat, stir in peanut butter and marshmallow cream until well blended. Add vanilla.

3. Pour into 9x13 buttered pan. Let cool. Cut into squares.
