Chocolate Fudge Recipes

Fudge is a candy or confectionary that is sweet and rich. It is usually made by mixing sugar, butter, milk and a flavoring and heating this mixture to a soft-ball stage around 240 degrees then beating the mixture while it cools to a smooth, creamy consistency.
