Fannie May Candy

Fannie May Candy, also known as Fannie Mae Candy or Fudge, is a delicious chocolate fudge that you will definitely want to try!



Fannie Mae Fudge

Ingredients:

2 sticks butter (not margarine)

4 cups sugar

1 cup skim milk

1 13 oz Hershey bar

25 large marshmallows

12 oz real chocolate chips (2 cups)

1 cup chopped nuts (optional)


Directions:

1. Mix and heat butter, sugar and skim milk until warm, not hot.

2. Add 25 large marshmallows. Heat until they melt, bring to a boil.

3. Remove from heat. Add Hershey bar, chocolate chips and nuts, if desired.

4. Stir until everything is melted.

5. Pour into 9x13 inch pan and refrigerate. Cut into squares.
