Brazil Nut Bark RecipeIngredients: 12 ounces semisweet chocolate bits 1 Tbsp butter 1 cup Brazil nuts, chopped 1/2 cup seedless raisins
1. Melt chocolate and butter over hot water in double boiler. 2. Remove from heat then stir in Brazil nuts and raisins. 3. Spread on cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Chill until firm. Break into pieces. Store in refrigerator. Tips: Brazil nuts make this candy delicious and a little different but you can also substitute your favorite nut if you prefer
