Eagle Brand Fudge

This Eagle Brand Fudge recipe, Chocolate-Walnut Fudge, is a great condensed milk fudge recipe that has been enjoyed for years! It is one of our best fudge recipes and we know that you and your family will make this recipe again and again.



Chocolate Walnut Fudge

Ingredients:

1 lb bittersweet chocolate ( or 16 oz semisweet chocolate) chopped

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/8 tsp salt


Directions:

1. Line 8-inch square baking pan with plastic wrap. In heavy 2-quart saucepan, melt chocolate with condensed milk over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth. Remove from heat.

2. Stir in walnuts, vanilla, and salt. Scrape chocolate mixture into prepared pan and spread evenly. Refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours.

3. Remove fudge from pan by lifting edges of plastic wrap and inverting fudge onto cutting board. Cut into squares. Layer between waxed paper in airtight container.
