Chocolate Raseberry Truffles

Chocolate Raseberry Truffles - a wonderful recipe for truffles with the added taste of raseberry that you will want to make again and again! This recipe for chocolate truffles is a luscious treat you will enjoy.

Chocolate Raseberry Truffles

Ingredients:

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened

3/4 cup vanilla wafers, finely crushed

1/4 cup raseberry jam, seedless

3/4 cup almonds, finely chopped


Directions:

1. In microwave or heavy saucepan, melt chocolate chips and stir until smooth. Cool slightly.

2. In mixing bowl beat cream cheese and melted chocolate until smooth. Stir in wafer crumbs and jam.

3. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm.

4. Shape into 1 inch balls and roll into almonds.

5. Store in airtight container and refrigerate.
