Ingredients 1 cup butter or margarine 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 pound confectioners sugar 1 package coconut 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 (16 ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips 2 tablespoons vegetable oil Almonds Directions
1. Melt butter or margarine. Add sweetened condensed milk, sugar, coconut and vanilla extract. 2. Mix well and turn onto a large cookie sheet. Press almonds into coconut mixture (space so that the candy can be cut into 1-inch squares). Refrigerate until solid. 3. Melt oil and chocolate chips in double boiler. 4. Cut candy in 1-inch squares and dip individually into chocolate mixture. (Use a fork for dipping.)
